Foodstuffs: Wellington AGM

Theme: Celebration.
Venue: TSB Bank Arena
The Brief: To design, manage and dress the venue in a
stunning theme.
The Challenge: Find a clever way to link together two
very different physical areas; the functional space for earlier formalities
and the relaxed dinning area for the evening’s celebrations and
entertainment.
The Outcome: We split the venue into two distinct
areas with black draping. The first area was simpler in design
and focused on the evening’s colours and company logos, whilst
subtly reflecting the bubbles and celebration theme. Our Dining area
got the executive treatment; ice sculptures and gilded trees
which created an intimate and focused feel.
