Client: Te Taura Whiri
Theme: Maori Language Awards 2009 – The Community
Venue: Te Rauparaha Poriua
The Brief: To represent both community and language into the themeing of this 3 day event.
The Challenge: Preparing and executing designs for a symposium, an exhibition and a luncheon over two different spaces within the building.
The Outcome: By using native bush plants and two different centerpieces, community was blended with iconic New Zealand flora. The events logo and text were used on the luncheon centerpiece to tie in language.
