Christmas Courses Marquee
Theme: Earthly Pleasures
Venue: Marquee in the grounds of Springfield,
The Brief: To design and dress a marquee and tables for
ten seated dinner events.
The Challenge: To design sustainable themeing for the
lengthy time period, taking into consideration weather and environment.
The Outcome: We used organic and dried elements to provide
low maintenance structures which would take the elements and constant
movement. We introduced textures and tastes from Ruth’s menu
into the design including cocoa husks and the strong scent of orange and
