The Brief
To showcase New Zealand seed producers and the best of New Zealand produce over this six day conference.
The Challenge
The events overall organiser was based in Hong Kong, and with a huge amount of moving parts, clear communication was paramount. The creative designs were very different from previous events and so creating excitement around something new, was challenging, but ultimately rewarding.
The Outcome
Tight logistics and open communication, ZOOM meetings, descriptive design sketches and trust were produced in volumes. The giant chandeliers and stage setting were continuously photographed throughout the event by many international delegates.
