The Brief
To create an experience beyond the conference.
The Challenge
Choosing materials that could be used elsewhere after the event and finding elements that had other uses.
The Outcome
We created relationships with a couple of local plant suppliers who delivered plants used for the various events and then after the conference finished, collected and planted them on a farm in the Hamilton area. Seed trays, antique tractors, hay bales and felt pots were some of the items used, and were distributed to charities after the event.
